Windows 10: failure 0x80070035 can't find networkspath.

I have two pc with windows 10 version 1809 and both have files divided, but I can't open the other. If I try to connect to remote desk board of the other I get the message that my account (Microsoft) may be are expired and it can't find lna? The only way to open the other is to make the same account(family) on both pc's and login on family account. Its a bad solution. I have tried start again with windows 10 and remove all my programmes. what to do?
