Windows 10: Failure of both 1809 and 1903

Have tried all solutions that I have found posted by Microsoft and by senior insiders none have worked, have not been able to move from 1803. The most common code I get is Oxc1900101 on a couple of attempts I have gotten the code Ox80246010. Keep being told it is an out of date driver but have not found any that are out of date. Have run scans of hardrive for errors and found none. Have run full scans of folders and files and found no errors, am getting a little frustrated as nothing seems to work.

Update Windows 10 - From 1809 to 1903

If we suppose we have windows 10 1903 in DVD or USB.

Can we update windows 10 1809 to 1903 with 1903's DVD? (offline update)

Hmm, this is Windows 10 1809 which is the most recent release which is now being succeeded by Windows 10 1903.

I would carry out the steps from my initial reply to reset your Windows Update components.

Have you checked the manufacturers website to determine compatibility?

Your configuration might not be listed yet, since it is just rolling out.

Ultimately, I would wait until the ISO file is available then upgrade offline using these steps:

For all steps please follow in kind with the number to make sure all steps are completed.

For device manager see the upper left corner menu area > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images into the thread

There is no need to perform windows upgrades until communicated in the thread.
