Windows 10: Failure of Windows 10 Version 1903 to Install

Good Afternoon (GMT timing). My desktop currently is using Windows 10 version 1803. It has tried to install version 1809 and 1903 but each installation has failed. I now have an advice slip from Microsoft informing that the version I am on (1803) will not be supported after November 2019 and to upgrade to the latest version (1903). I have tried to do this four times. twice by myself and twice with Microsoft help desk technicians, who seem to leave me when they think it is going to load only from the rebooting process to fail. The error message I receive is 0xc19000101-0x40017 The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during the BOOT operation. So far I have carried out all the action advised by the help desk screen, less using the command prompt. I have over 315 GB of free memory available so not problem there. Is there anyone out there with a remedy, otherwise I'll carry on using version 1803 until the support ceases and then consider my next step in November.

Windows 10, version 1903 update failure

Hmm, this is Windows 10 1809 which is the most recent release which is now being succeeded by Windows 10 1903.

I would carry out the steps from my initial reply to reset your Windows Update components.

Have you checked the manufacturers website to determine compatibility?

Your configuration might not be listed yet, since it is just rolling out.

Ultimately, I would wait until the ISO file is available then upgrade offline using these steps:

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
