    Failure to turn on because "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart"


    My PC had a sudden problem by turning off by itself despite it not overheating. After checking my laptop's hardwares, there were no problems with it. After many failures trying to solve it, I decided to hard reset my laptop. However, in the process, there was a sudden failure, and when I try to turn on my laptop, the message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart." Is there a way to fix it?


    Note : I've tried to enable safe mode and every option to boot it differerently yet no changes were made. I still encounter the message.

    PC ran into problem and needs to restart

    I am continuously getting "PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" issue. I have tried disk checking using "chkdsk" command but got no problem with the disk. what might be the possible reason. please suggest something as I do not want to reset my
    system.

    PC Randomly Restarting after installing new Ram!

    Tried your suggestions, but still had a restart! Also ran memtest overnight (13 hours according to memtest) and had no errors! Also ran Passmark Burn in test for a couple hours testing everything and had no errors or restart. Could fitting the new ram have triggered something to go bad like my mobo or psu?
