Windows 10: FAILURE_BUCKET_ID

Hello --Need some help - I have a user with a win 11 build 23h2 that bluescreens a few times a day. I saw this in the dmp file but not sure what it is telling me and would appreciate your help. I can provide the dmp file if that would help.FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0xEF_DellSupportAss_BUGCHECK_CRITICAL_PROCESS_4dfee080_SDSSnapshotProcess.dll!_IMAGE_SDSSnapshotProcess.dll

i tried the first 4 of these before and decided to try again to see if any of these fixed the problem and within about 10 mins got another blue screen but this time the problem said it was this FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: RAISED_IRQL_USER_FAULT_0x7f_8
