    Hi,

    When I launch ark: Survival Evolved, it brings up the regular menu it always brings me to if I want to ask permission for an app/game.

    This time, it says Something went wrong, and it gave me a Trace ID u92ENhznfkO6gJ7B.13.1 Family Features broken 2e10b135-185d-45d7-948c-db91af6fc109?upload=true.png

    It is possible that the settings updated on the website (your parent’s Microsoft account) do not take effect. I would suggest to have your parent remove your account from the family group and re-add it. You may also try the
    steps mentioned in the article below and see if it works.

    To disable family features and turn off family settings on Windows 10, I suggest that you follow the steps outlined in these support articles:

    Family Features Blocking Chrome on Adult Account

    Hello,

    Best that we could suggest here as an easy fix is to have the Family feature administrator remove your account from the list. Feel free to check out
