    I'm trying to limit specific application of my 'kids' and this option is locked.

    I press on the button to activate limit application time but its shaded and nothing happened.

    how to make activate?

    my account is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    one of my 'kids' account name for example is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    Family Safety Contact Management Not Present

    Hello,

    We recommend that you reconfigure your Family Safety feature for your child's Microsoft account by removing and adding it back again to your family.

    Kindly refer to steps below:

    To remove a child

    • From a web browser, go to http://account.microsoft.com/family and sign in with the Microsoft account of an adult in the family.
    • To remove a child, choose Remove at the top of the section labeled Select a child to view or edit their settings.
    • Select the person you want to remove from the family.
    • Select the Remove button that appears when you've chosen the person to remove.

    To add a child to your family

    • Sign in at account.microsoft.com/family.
    • If this is your first time setting up a family, select Add a child.

      If you've already added child accounts to your family, go to Select a child to view or edit their settings and then select Add.
    • Enter your child's email address and select Send invite. If your child doesn't have an email address, select Create a new email address for your child and follow the instructions on
      the screen.

    If the suggestion above doesn't work, feel free to post back so we can further troubleshoot.

  3. Wrong "adult" email address used in family setup

    Hi,

    Try the steps below.

    • Sign into http://familysafety.microsoft.com with that Microsoft account.
    • Click the Manage my family link at the bottom of the summary page.
    • Select the affected user under Family Members and click
      Remove family member at the top left of the screen.
    • At this point you should be able to add that family member to the correct (new) family.
    If the issue persist, I suggest you to create a new email address for your son and add to the family account and check.

    Microsoft Family

    Hi,

    It could be because of the settings on the Family and Safety feature or the account you're using is added to a Family. With that being said, we suggest that you check if the account that you are using is a part of the
    Family list. To check on it, go to Cortana
    and search for Family Options.



    To remove your account to the Family, you may follow the steps below:

    • Use the Adult account to log in using this link.
    • Click on the Family tab.
    • On the account that you want to remove, click More > Remove from family.
    • Then click Remove to confirm.
