Windows 10: Family Member not showing

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have been having real trouble with my Microsoft account today. I have added myself a new account as i have a new email address.


I wanted to allow my daughter to use the laptop and tried to add her as a user, so that when it turned on she could just choose her picture and have her own profile. I couldn't figure out how to do this!! So i tried to create her as a family member on my account and it was asking for an email address??? Shes 9! she doesn't have an email address. So i made her one anyway with one of my addresses. When i log on to my Microsoft account online she is there but she is not on the account settings> Family and Friends section of the actual laptop itself. I tried logging out, restarting and shutting down my laptop and that hasn't helped. When the laptop turns on her profile isn't an option to login with. I have verified her account with my credit card also.


Also, is there an option to change her picture from the little person icon and change it to her actual name rather than just the email address?

Adding Family Members

Hi,

Through my Windows 10 I invited my family members although they never accepted the invitation. I want to resend the invitations but when I go to do that, it says they're already family members; they're not even listed (or even showing there's an invite)
through the family members window. What do I do?

Family member login query

No I'm sorry, I don't see the name of the family member that has been added when I go to "switch user" or when I follow, settings/accounts/ family. Microsoft have confirmed that I do have a family member but the member cannot be found.
