Windows 10: Family Safety Beta is not obeying time limits

Hi,So as part of the Family Safety Beta, have been finding recently that the child account linked to the app is not obeying time limits when they are used up.Current version of the app1.16.0.771Usage from this afternoon - time limit is 1hr 30m, and I get a warning at 15, and then 2mins, which I have replied to on the phone with "No".But like this evening, it's decided to ignore this he was playing an online browser game, full screen.Last time this occurred, I had to validate his account on line again, and the limits kicked in. This time, no verification needed, it just keeps going.Some logs

Windows 10 Family Safety time limits not working

I had this exact problem and these are the steps I took to get the issue resolved:

• Navigate to family safety settings and remove the child from the family having issues.
• Login to the childs account and launch Settings (windows key + i)
• Click the Accounts icon and select Sign in with local account instead
• Follow the steps to change to a local account. When completed, Login back to your account (admin account)
• Go back to the family safety settings and add your child back to the family group.
• Access your childs email address to accept the family invitation
• Verify the child now shows properly in the family settings and that the screen times are still correct.
• Login to the childs account and launch Settings (windows key + i)
• Click the Accounts icon and select Sign in with microsoft account instead
• Your family settings should now take affect.

I know this is pretty tedious, but like I said, it worked for me. If you are still having trouble, I suggest contacting support and they can help walk you through the steps to get it resolved.

You might be facing this issue due to the corrupted files.

To fix this, you need to delete any corrupted files, and re-download your settings from the Family Safety website.

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open
  Run.
  
• 
  Type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Parental Controls and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Delete all contents of the
  Parental Controls folder.
  

This will delete any corrupt files. Your settings will be downloaded again from familysafety.microsoft.com the next time you sign in.

Note: it’s possible for the files to become corrupted again. If you experience more problems with Family Safety time limits and PC activity reporting, just follow these steps again.
