Windows 10: Family safety GPS tracking not working

I have my daughter setup as a family member in Microsoft Family Safety. She is set at age profile of 17+, with no activity limits, activity reporting and location sharing switched on. For quite some time she is showing up on all the other family members MS family safety app as being in the middle of Australia which she is not. She is in our house in Melbourne. It is showing up in the web when we login to MS family safety via the browser also!?On her phone she shows up on the phone in the correct location. This was happening on her Android phone and she has just purchased a new iPhone and the s

Family Safety doesn't work on power saver

I tried everything you suggested, but nothing worked. I think the problem is that power saver restricts running Family Safety and other apps from running in the background. I can manually enable an app in the Settings, but there's no such app like Family
Safety in the list.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

Now, setup Family Safety.
