Windows 10: Family Settings and older version of windows 10

I have set up laptops for my kids, I have setup the family account and family settings for each of them. However my kids laptops are not capable of updating to the most current version of Windows 10 due to lack of space. They are running version 1703 and i cant go any later with them. Under my family account it says for family activity reporting to update their computers. I have them updated to latest possible so how do I continue to monitor their activity and family settings now? My computer is updated and while they are logged into their profile on mine it monitors their usage but now I cannot monitor them on their own devices which is the whole point. Any advise on how to continue to use the family settings for my kids laptop with older versions of Windows 10, they worked when these older versions were the latest.

Swapping to an older version of windows

Is there still an official way to drop back to an older version of windows, I honestly don't mind using a 3rd party way. If possible, can you list step by step instructions or a link to an easy to use website. Thanks.

a PC at any time.

Add kids to your family to help them stay safer online. Adults in the family can view reports of kids’ online activity, limit how long and when they use their devices, and help make sure they don't see inappropriate websites, apps, or games.

I suggest you to create a family safety account in Windows 10
