Windows 10: Fatal Error C00000D4

Discus and support Fatal Error C00000D4 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; So every time I shut down my computer it says "Update & Shut Down" and then it does it's usual thing and then turns off, but the next time I boot it up...     Fatal Error C00000D4


    So every time I shut down my computer it says "Update & Shut Down" and then it does it's usual thing and then turns off, but the next time I boot it up it updates and gets to about 20% before restarting, then going to the black screen where it says "Updating your system", and then after it gets to about 3% on there it says "Fatal Error C00000D4 applying update operation 4774 of 112361", then it goes back to the normal updating your system screen, restarts, then says "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes." This has been happening for a couple months now.

    Fatal Error C00000D4 when installing update.

    When trying to install "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3135173)" it configures updates to about 15%, restarts, then gives the error message "Fatal error C00000D4 applying update operation 290 of 37999 (InkSeg.dll)".
    Anyone know how to fix it?

    Fatal Error

    I've been trying to format my system but right after it finishes formatting I get a Fatal Error during the Windows installation process. That Fatal Error is a Data Error (cyclic redundancy check). I know that it's because of my hard drives, but how do I fix this issue? I have 2 Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB SATA II Hard Drives in RAID 0. Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. *Smile Fatal Error C00000D4 :)
