    Hello,


    I am using windows 10 with Kaspersky installed on it.


    Whenever I am trying to run any installer, the exe doesn't load and I receive the following event in event logger:

    I also have 3 copes of dayz and this happens to all 3 copies. and PUBG. Only two games I've tried it on. I also have a friend who said this happened to them on rust

    Same also happens in Fortnight, and a lot of other games. Ark: survival evolved, Arma 3 and 2, CS-GO, smite ect.

    Some trendy denominators are (Most of the games but not all are)

    - They run on steam

    - They run the Unreal Engine

    - It seems to be happening in Full screen mode not windowed full screen for the most part.

    Only common denominator i could find looking through steam forums, Reddit forums, Tomshardware forums, and multiple other tech forums was this:

    Everyone that has this problem (that checks their Win version) are running the: Fall creators update 1709

    People that stayed at 1703 doesnt get this problem.

    Seems you unintentionally made some changes that created some widespread compatibility issues with different game engines.
