I seem to get allot of these errors. About 1 or 2 every hour. Usually it's Microsoft Photos, about 1/2 the time.I don't where to start fixing this error. Any suggestions? Trying to determine cause of crashes, multiple devices occurring at 3 different times in the day (i.e. 8762 crashes on 2002 devices yesterday) . Affecting Windows 7 64bit and Windows 10 64 bit, Enterprise

Doesn't indicate any specific application. No dump files.

Uninstall and block KB4345421 fixed the problem.

Is there issue in the ucrtbase.dll?

I have a java application which i am running inside jetty container as i need to host it on IIS.

My application fails with below error :

This does not happen always.

After i start my application, sometime it fails within 5 mins ,sometime it goes running for 2-3 days, some time it fails in 3-4 hrs.

i am running this on windows server 2016.

Also, its not possible to restore my machine to a previous restore point.

I want to understand why this error occurs.
