Windows 10: Faulty Power Management Drivers

How do I get functional Lenovo T460s power management drivers? My Windows 10 gets at least one BSOD a day + a scrambled display after the laptop has switched between main power and battery.


The laptop also switches to hibernation regardless of me turning the option off.


What can I done to resolve this?

Faulty harddrives

Thanks for the suggestion but as I stated the drive doesn't show up in Disk management. I just tried the Diskpart steps and it's not listed on there either

 

Mouse/touch pad and keyboard wakes laptop up and power management tab missing?

As per the description, I understand that you are trying to disable keyboard and touchpad to wake the computer from sleep.

As you are missing the Power Management tab in driver properties, I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and update the keyboard and touchpad drivers.

To update keyboard drivers,

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager from the list.
• Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
• Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

To update touchpad drivers,

• Type Device Manager in the Search box and press Enter.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right Click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Step 1: I suggest you to remove all the external devices connected to the system, restart and check if the issue persists or not.

If issue still persists, try to run the troubleshooter and check if that helps:
