Windows 10: Faulty zipcode

Somewhere in Windows 10 AND Windows 11, there is a faulty zip code that has "PQMQW63PY".I must change it every time it fills in my address. Where is that? Can I change it or delete it?

Is my harddrive faulty?

Please pull your CMOS battery, wait 20 seconds, install. Enter BIOS, set date and time, make sure SATA is set to AHCI

Make sure your are booting UEFI

Boot from media and redo the shift + F10 instructions above. Then install windows using custom. (Step 10 of this Tutorial)

Clean Install Windows 10

Then skip to Step 13. How big of a drive shows in the Window for step 13. Notice the note within step 13





Can you click Next?

 

weather.com not working, not able to enter zipcode, links dead 2 PC's

all i see blocked under location is this site

neither edge or chrome on 2 PC can use weather.com

Can you click and open the hamburger icon, or any other icon on weather.com's blue top which also has the zipcode entry? I cant. its all dead.
