I am using T Mobile Hot Spot for all of my devices. Please explain how I can do this. Thank You

Windows FAX and SCAN - Fax missing in Sent Items and Inbox folder

Hi,

I suggest to uninstall the scanner and fax drivers from the device manager and then re-add the fax modem. Restart the computer and create a new connection.

Follow the steps to uninstall the Scanner and fax drivers:

• 
  Press Windows Key + X key and click
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Other Devices.
  
• 
  Right-click on the devices listed and click on ‘Uninstall’.

Unstumped! Thanks for the push Ken, into sending a new fax. The light eventually dawned on me that the file names of the sent faxes differed over several groups of characters to those of the 'new' sent fax. After a laborious cut and paste operation on all sent faxes I now have a complete record.

Out of interest, I also found this useful 'help' from M$ for missing 'sent' faxes.

• Go to the Control Panel and select Programs and features.
• On the left side select Turn Windows Features on or off.
• Scroll down to Print and Document services.
• Select the plus sign to expand.
• Remove the check from Windows FAX and Scan.
• Select OK.

To install repeat the steps and put a check mark, restart the computer.

• What happens when you try to send a fax message from your laptop?
• Are there any error codes that appear when you send a fax message?
• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
