Windows 10: FB Messenger APP freezes or crashes when I use the heart emote

I don't know why but every single time I use the <3 emote on FB Messenger where it shows the heart picture we all know and love.. it freezes my Messenger APP to where I can't type anymore - and sometimes it crashes the whole thing.


I uninstalled and re-installed the APP on my PC. I even reformatted the PC removing all my old files and data, re-installed it and it STILL is not letting me use the <3 emote. I can use all the other emotes with no issue.. It's just that one - but it's one I use a lot without even thinking and I instantly regret it each time.

Unable to install FB Messenger App


i tried installing messenger app from windows store but it say that i do not meet the system requirements, nowhwere it is mentioned what are the system requirements. Someone help. Thanks. Screenshot attached.

 

FB Messenger is crashing

I just installed the FB messenger from the windows store but When I try to open, it crashed. I also run the troubleshooter but it does not resolve the issue. What a great job done by FB and MS.
