Windows 10: Feature Update for Windows 10 1903 - Error: 0x800703ed

This is a Windows 10 Pro 1803 with a biannual channel setup. Every bugfix was done, and is included in Microsoft's official documentation and knowledge base. In place upgrade is also not possible for the latest release, installation will be terminated with the error message "Unfortunately the installer could not determine the properties of this machine. Please try again." Clean reinstallation is not an option because there is a program that cannot be replaced. Any other idea?

Windows 10 Insider Preview 10.0.18362.30 (19h1_release) amd64 2019-04 -Error 0x800703ed

I have tried a live chat with Windows support, and they did try to help by taking remote control but were not able to find a solution.

They advised me that they do not support windows insider preview and suggested I come to answers.microsoft.com

I have tried to run "msconfig" and on Services tab, I selected "Hide all Microsoft services" then disabled two services...

Mozilla Maintenace Service

NVIDIA Display Driver Service

then rebooted and tried again to update but still fails.

Does anyone have any ideas what is the cause?

If anyone can adise me it would be appreciated

Greetings! I am Vijay, an Independent Advisor. The steps which you have undertaken to block updates won't work for any feature update. Feature updates need to be blocked temporarily by using different steps.

But, I will suggest that you should not try to stop 1903 feature update. Let it happen.
