Windows 10: Feature update to 1809

Discus and support Feature update to 1809 in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Updated my win 10 pro (AMD) to 1809 yesterday 6th Jan '19. after installing all other updates.     Feature update to 1809


    Updated my win 10 pro (AMD) to 1809 yesterday 6th Jan '19. after installing all other updates. Took an absolute age to install.
    Seemed to be OK, but first thing I noticed was right click on desktop and select "NEW" did not produce a menu and froze the PC. It recovered after around 15 seconds. Tried disabling various progs, AVG, ZoneAlarm, Defender but problem persisted. Ran sfc /scannow. No errors.
    Reverted back to previous Win 10. I haven't seen any other reports of this particular problem so I don't imagine that Microsoft will be fixing this.

    Windows Feature update 1809

    Hi there,

    Once the windows feature update 1809 update released I downloaded and installed it on my computer and I didn't faced any issues. Due to upgrade process I wiped my windows and reinstalled it again. But currently I have 1803 feature update and cant get the
    1809 update in the control panel as well as the windows 10 update assistant. When will be the 1809 update will be releasing?

    Intel E5200 Gets Updated, R0 Stepping Coming Up

    Intel's Pentium Dual-Core E5200 processor is getting on course for a specifications update. The chip will feature in a new, improved Wolfdale-2M core, spec'd out as the R0 stepping, from its current M0 stepping. The new stepping is intended to add new instructions, power-management features, and bring about changes in the chip-package. A short list of known changes is as follows:
    • CPUID changed from 10677 to 1067A
    • Power State Indicator (PSI) support with Intel 4 series chipsets
    • New instructions - XSAVE and XRSTOR
    • New S-spec and MM numbers
    • New halide-free chip package
    Due to the changed CPUID, users may require BIOS updates to detect the CPU. According to the company, E5200 R0 should be out by April 13.

    Windows 10 feature 1809 update

    Repeated failure :. Error 0x8024000b for windows 10 feature 1809 update.

    Tried to update Feature 1809 manually . All attempts failed.

    How to fix the error and update?

    Running Windows update Trouble Shooter is not solving the issue.
