    Feature update to win 10, 1803 failed to install 4 times.


    the update stops and starts several times, and then stops without restarting. When I restart it runs for a while and begins to return to the previous version of win. My software is compatible with feature update to win 10 1803 (chat checked that -- then could not regain control to trouble shoot -- said a technical glich happened)

    Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

    I have been failing to install "Feature update for Windows 10, version 1803. Error: 0x8000ffff" for more than one month. Please help.

    Manage Optional features

    Find WMP, click on it, and select uninstall from the dropdown.


    To reinstall later(if you so wish:
    While in Manage Optional features, select add feature
