    Hi I am trying to update to the latest Windows 10 version but every time it reaches 35% installation it always receives this error "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 - Error 0x800703ee". And I am using a Dell Precision Tower 5810. Is there a way to fix this?

    Did you solve your problem? I have exact same problem; Error 0x800703ee when windows 10 tries installing 1607. I've also tried your initial steps; no luck.

    Hi and greetings from Sweden!

    New on the forum, long time lurker.

    So my problem. Windows 10 wont update. Error code "0x800703ee". Things i have tried so far:



    A while ago i had to recreate my EFI parition, perhaps it has something to do with it?
    The last thing is to do a clean install, but such a hassel with all my hours of customization down the drain.
