Windows 10: Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 - Error 0x80070032

I have been trying to update my laptop, but I get this message every time. I have tried every single solution I came across, but none of them seem to work, I keep getting the same message.

I tried every solution listed, it still didn't work. I don't know what else to do.

Do I have to do a factory reset?

The update for 1703 worked but 1709 keeps failing : Feature update to Windows 10, version 1709 - Error 0x80070032. Any suggestions?
