    Hello,

    Does anybody know how to make it work please? I have been trying for many times but my Windows 10 laptop has repeatedly failed to install version 1909 quoting problem? 0x80070001 and displaying the following text:

    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909

    Last failed install attempt on ‎19/‎10/‎2020 - 0x80070001

    I really don't understand why and how to make it work! Please write me simple instructions on how to make it work if you know how to resolve this. Much appreciated and many thanks for your support.

    These are the failed attempts, there is no other information as to why they did not install.

    Just did an update and at the end, found these messages:

    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909(2)

    Successfully installed 11/13/2019

    Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909

    Failed to install on 11/13/2019 – 0x60244022

    So is the "fail" message number (0x60244022} a part of the update or just a code number for the failure of my first attempt? It is a bit confusing to me. I mean why does a failure need a number?
