Windows 10: Feature Update to Windows 10, version 1909

So when the new Windows 10 update, version 1909 dropped, I got it in the updates section and started downloading it. It was all good until it reached 100%. That's right. My update progress is STUCK at 100%. It says Downloading-100% but nothing is happening and this has been like this since 3 days. I've tried turning of Wi-Fi and restaring my laptop but no luck. I'd be happy to receive some help in this matter.

Took less that a minute and I'm now at 1909:

Went from 1903 18362.476 to 1909 18363.476

 

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary device not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

The update of features of Windows 10, version 1909 x64 the download begins to install stops at 58% which restarts to download again and never completes the installation.
