Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 and Windows 10, version 2004 Fail to Install 0x8007042b

Hi, I cloned my ssd hard drive to a larger ssd hard drive 256GB to 512GB.


Now windows updates will not install. They get to about 94% and then roll back every time after I tried several fixes.


I tried the Microsoft media tool and update assistant. I have run the troubleshooter All have the same issue:


I have tried other fixed from different posts but still have the same issue.


I have run the scripts etc. Not sure how to proceed at this point.
