Windows 10: Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 - Error 0x800703ee

I have a problem with update and had a same problem with previous version 2004. My guess, it's because after windows has been installed I converted disk format table from mbr to gpt and install efi partition manually from recovery drive from cmddue to latest ubuntu doesn't want to be installed to drive with mbr.

I can't find some reasonable errors in windows update log, of course possible I don't now how it's works and where I need to search. So I try to upgrade windows from Media Creation Tool, download iso image and run setup with logs. In logs was several errors and I don't know how to fix them:

Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 - Error 0x800703ee

Hi I am trying to update to the latest Windows 10 version but every time it reaches 35% installation it always receives this error "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1903 - Error 0x800703ee". And I am using a Dell Precision Tower 5810. Is there a way
to fix this?

Did you solve your problem? I have exact same problem; Error 0x800703ee when windows 10 tries installing 1607. I've also tried your initial steps; no luck.
