Windows 10: Features Disabled

A number of features have been disabled on my laptop, including my fingerprint sensor and Bluetooth. When I go to device manager, Bluetooth is under hidden devices and is grayed out. In settings, it does not give me the option to turn on Bluetooth again and it says Bluetooth is not available on the device when I run troubleshooting.

How to disable the Read Aloud feature?

We appreciate the comprehensive response. If Narrator is disabled and still the Read Aloud prompt still pops-up, we suggest that you disable any reading feature from the
Ease of Access Center. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Type Control Panel in the search box and press
  Enter.
• In the Control Panel screen, select Small icons from the
  View by: drop-down list.
  
  Note: View by: is located on the upper right side of the screen.
• Select Ease of Access Center.
• Under Make your computer easier to use section, uncheck the following boxes:
  
  Always read this section aloud
  
  Always scan this section
• Once you're done, exit the Control Panel screen and check if the issue persists.

Alternatively, if you're using a mouse pad, access the mouse pad option and disable the feature that allows right-click when mouse pad is double tapped. Refer to the device manufacturer or support site on how to disable this feature.

• Click on Pen and touch icon.
• Click on Touch tab.
• Uncheck the checkbox next to Use your finger as an input device.
• Click Apply and Ok.

Print to PDF missing in Printer List

Hi William,

We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

• Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
• Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
• On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
  OK to save changes.
• Restart your PC.
• Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
