Windows 10: Feedback - Windows Defender

Hi. I don't have a question. I just want to let Microsoft know that they are lagging behind on virus definitions with Windows Defender. My laptop isn't catching malware on full scans. Its not a huge problem where my laptop is overrun. For example, I could be browsing CNN, MSNBC or Fox News I get a malware popup telling me that my McAffe subscription has expired. I do a full scan and Windows Defender says my system is safe. My laptop isn't safe because this malware pops up again time and time again. I don't have McAffee installed. I've never used their services.


Again, this is not question. Its not a debate. Its not a house call. I'm telling you, Microsoft, do something. Update your virus definitions and make Windows Defender do its job. Thank you for your time.

We suggest you to check privacy settings in Windows 10. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Privacy settings.
• On the left pane, click Feedback and diagnostics.
• Under Feedback frequency, Windows should ask for my data should be selected to
  Automatically.
