Windows 10: Feture update windows version 2004

Update keeps failing with eror code 0xc1900104

it take a long time to downloadand stops at 63%

but waiting updates already downloaed and waiting to install are a cumulative update for net fram work for version 1909

and a update to remove adobe and one other i don't recall but its for version 1909 also i have update paused right not. I have looked online for soultions

and have done what i could do,trouble shooter,checked the partitions, and i have not tried to rename the folder to rename the down load folder.Idon't want to screw things up any worse. Thinking about wiping thingout and re installing thing. but i know i will lose some things. already saved pics and documents. Any sugestion that i can perform that don't require a college degree.

Having problem update to Windows 10, version 2004

windows version 2004 update

After windows version 2004 update, internet is not working - tried all the trouble shooting steps but issue was persisted. Internet started to work only after reverting to previous version 1909

Since the issue is still not solved so as to the next step I would suggest you roll back the Windows 10 2004 update and try updating it again following the below instructions.

To Rollback windows 2004 update follow the below instructions:

Open Settings by typing in the search box next to windows icon

Click on Update & Security.

Click on Recovery.

Under “Go back to the previous version of Windows 10,” click the Get started button.

Select a reason why you’re uninstalling version 2004.

Click the Next button.

Click the No, thanks button.

Click the Next button.

Click the Next button again.

Click the Go back to the earlier build button.

Once you complete the steps, the device will remove the latest feature update, and it’ll revert to the previous version
