Windows 10: File Association Helper in Startup

Discus and support File Association Helper in Startup in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Just noticed this program called File Association Helper in my Start up.     File Association Helper in Startup


    Just noticed this program called File Association Helper in my Start up.

    Google told me it is not malicious and probably installed with Winzip. Also google said malware often masquerades under that name.

    All solutions I read said to uninstall from Windows. But when I go to Settings > Apps it is not there?
    I then went to Control Panel > Uninstall programs and its not there either?

    Just ran Adwcleaner and nothing found.

    How do I delete it?
