Windows 10: file bcd error code 0xc0000098 windows11

Hello, I have a problem since installing Windows 11, and the problem is that the computer does not boot directly to Windows and I get an error message: file bcd error code 0xc0000098Knowing that Windows is working fine and there is no problem with it, I went into the BIOS settings and put the system disk for the default boot, but the problem still exists.I cannot boot from Windows unless I press F1 and choose continue to windows 11, knowing that it is the default disk to boot, but the computer does not boot from it.I want a solution because I am so tired of trying many solutions and not all o

Recovery tool for \BCD ERROR CODE:0xc0000098

I have a HP Pavilion and since upgrading to win10 during Boot it freezes and I get the message FILE: \BCD with a ERROR CODE:0xc0000098 and it says I need a recovery tool, at that screen i hit esc. then enter and it boots up and runs perfect. how do I get
the recovery tool and fix the BCD file?

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by
Teemo Tang on this

I upgraded to Windows 10 recently and I am getting the "blue screen" fatal system error:

File:\ BCD

Error Code: 0xc0000098

It began with the startup error 0xc000000d, and I was able to download the recovery image to fix the startup error. Now it's a new one (see above), and I don't have any idea how to fix it.

Please advise. Thanks!
