Windows 10: File Explorer "Account Disconnected", but when I log in, error code: AADSTS500200 and...

When I bought this PC and had my friend build it and set it up, he set up a new email and password for it. Somehow in the past 3 years, it has become disconnected to where I cannot access my drives, program files, etc. When I log in, it gives me the following message. "Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in.AADSTS500200: User account '*** Email address is removed for privacy ***' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account."But I don't HAVE an

File Explored Account Disconnected

I can't access my file explorer. It says account disconnected, when I try to log in I get error messages . I added the photos of the error messages, does anyone know how to fix this?

Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

Download CCcleaner from here...........

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

The "Account Disconnected" message means there's no Work or Office account signed in with it.

Since you would like to remove it, please follow the steps below:

In File Explorer, please click the 3 dots or (…) and kindly select Options.

Under Privacy, please untick the "Show files from Office.com" and hit Apply then OK.

It should disable the "Account Disconnected" message on your File explorer.
