    File Explorer does not respond


    HiI have an issue where File Explorer is totally not responsive. You click on it and theres no response what so ever. Most apps seem to work, however I can't seem to access any saved files through them hopefully that makes senseI've tried a sysytem restore however thats not helped with the problem.Hopefully some one has some idea on how to get over this?Thanks in advance
