  1. File explorer not able to be configured in prompt

Whenever I'm prompted to select a file for example, a download from microsoft edge is asking me where to put it File Explorer pops up. However, I would like to change the settings of it the tabs, file, home, share, view options are what i mean, but they don't seem to appear. It appears to have different settings than when I would open file explorer itself.

Is there a way to fix this?

    :)
