File Explorer reporting wrong size for some folders, Windows 10 v1809 [IMG]

As you can see from the images above, File Explorer reports that the Windows directory is 2.47GB in size, but if I check the size of one of the sub-directories in the Windows folder (in this case the WinSxS folder), it reports a size of 6.01GB. How can the Windows folder be only 2.47GB if just one of its sub-folders is 6.01GB? Clearly this isn't accurate, is anyone else experiencing this issue and is there a way to remedy it?

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

Windows 10 File Explorer gives wrong of Folder size.

Can Microsoft please confirm that there is an issue with Windows 10 File Explorer reporting of Folder size. TreeSizeFree correctly reports one of my folders as 574GB where as File Explorer reports it as 5.4GB. I have the same folder on two separate drives.
The property of the same folder was reported correctly by File Explorer before updating windows 10
