Windows 10: File Explorer stalls

Right click on windows explorer to creates a lag issue and it takes time to execute. I downloaded files app from microsoft store. It is doing the same. I did a clean install on the windows. Nothing seems to work. Is there a fix for this issue?

• Choose Pin to taskbar.

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
