Windows 10: File Explorer window doesn't stay in one spot...

Discus and support File Explorer window doesn't stay in one spot... in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Hi, found a fix for this. Thank you! That fixed my issue.     I have OCD too and this drives me crazy. After hours of searching I found a fix that works in Windows 7.

    Simply hold down the Ctrl and Close the Window by clicking the X. When you reopen, it should open in the same place.

    Not sure if this will work in Windows 10 but it is worth a try.
