Windows 10: file explorer

my windows 10 navigation pane in explorer is in a mess. I seem to have double ups and files I don't recognise. What's happened?

"This file can't be previewed" problem in explorer

• Delete all the files.
• After deleting the files kindly try and see if there's a thumbnail preview of your files.
