Windows 10: File Folder rename bug?

Dear all,Is this a bug or not?Have you ever tried to rename a file/folder and get this annoying behavior from Windows 10? See description below:Step 1: Select the file/folderStep 2: Press F2 or right-click on it and select "rename". Windows 10 highlights the whole name in blue indicating you can change it.Step 3: Using the arrows you go to the character you want to change. In my case, most of the time I want to change few characters, not all of them.Step 4: When the cursor is there, you look at the keyboard to locate the "delete" or the "backspace" keys to delete the character; HOWEVER, during

• When you say, "music folder does not apply anymore as a primary designation" what exactly are you referring to?

Follow the steps below to rename folder:

• Right click on a folder which you want to rename.
• Select Rename and enter new name for it.

Renaming of Folders

Thank You; but changing to Lists does not work.

This is ridiculous - Renaming of Folders and Files should be able to be carried out regardless of Icons or Lists.

Also; i notice that I cannot Cut and Paste from one Folder to another.

I do not think this is a Bug - I think it is a Programming Stuff Up.

Microsoft should have a Proper Fix for this Bad Programming - Users should not have to muck around with a multitude of suggested fixs, including the Registry, which many do not understand.

I am still seeking Wise Input for this issue.
