Windows 10: File History Error 200 Every 2 Days?

I get the FH history error 200 every 2 to 3 days without fail which according to Event Viewer says this
"Unable to start a backup cycle for configuration C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\FileHistory\Configuration\Config"
I fix it by stopping FH using my current drive but that often gets a 0x80070020 error which forces me to recover a old hard drive image backup. If not I am able to fix it by deleting the configuration files (which are in use if I can't stop windows using my current drive) and loose all my backups and have to start again. It's getting very frustrating loosing my backups without fail to the same error with no solution in sight. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64bit version 20H2. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Window 10 - File History does not backup Error Event ID 204 and 200

For some reason my window key +w does not activate anything, however, I was able to open file history advanced settings through "control panel", "system & security", then "file history". It does shoe two (2) event errors 204 and one (1) event error 200
dated today!!!

 

No browsing history last 2 or 3 days

my search comes up in my microsoft account but the last 2 or 3 days ive gotten no browsing history

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + W, type “file history” and select the “File history’ icon with folder icon.
• The File history window might take a minute to show all the options after searching for connected drives.
• Click on ‘Advanced settings’ in the left pane.
• Click on ‘Open File History logs to view recent events or error’ option.
• Now check if there is any error logs with event ID 204.
