Windows 10: file system error - 1073741521

Hi Everyone.

I am facing a problem with pc where I am not able to use task manager, admin cmd cmd as administrator, and also I can't install anything from the internet
also I can't install Windows Update. Whenever I try to perform one of
the functions it shows the "file system error - 1073741521". I have searched about this error on the Internet and this is caused by the corruption of system files. Please help me to get
rid of this error. Note:- Please keep in mind that I am not able to use admin cmd, as mentioned above.

I have researched on the Internet and tried a few things which actually didn't work out, so please make sure you don't again suggest me the same method to solve the problem:
The methods which I tried out:
1. Create a restore point- I tried to create a restore point but when I did it always showed the same file system error - 1073741521
2. Create a new user account - I tried this method also but it requires admin rights and I can't use that due to the corruption of files
3. Run a Check disk operation - I used the check disk operation, but it requires admin cmd which I can't use.

I somewhere saw on the Internet that if you are facing any corrupted file issue you can just reset your pc, but when I reset my pc it removed all my applications and it created a file
named "removed apps" on the desktop. In that removed apps, ms word, ms excel, ms ppt, pdf and other file opening apps where also removed. It in fact worsened my situation. Before resetting

my pc, I was able to use pdf, word, and other file opening apps but I can't use that also now and I can't download anything from the internet as said earlier.

That might work if all system programs didn't result in file sys error -1073741521; as does rstrui.

Sir,

Because of this File system error (-1073741521) I cannot install any aplication on my pc . Even when I tried to run windows creation tool it showed same error.

For us to make sure where does issue is coming from, we suggest that you create a new user on your computer. Make it as an administrator account. If the issue persists on the new user account, we suggest that you run a system restore by following the steps
below:

• Open the Control Panel.
• In the Search Control Panel box, type in Recovery.
• Select Recovery.
• Select Open System Restore and click on Next.
• Choose the restore point when your computer is on a good known state.
