Windows 10: File system error (-1073741792)

For some reason when I booted my PC today I couldn't access anything that needed administrator privileges such as elevated cmd or task manager and it gave me the error (-1073741792). I have tried restoring to an earlier point but the problem persists. I tried using the windows 10 ISO media tool but I couldn't open that either. I don't know where this has come from. Thanks for the help.

It appears I have the same problem with File system error 1073741792. It takes over admin rights. I have tried everything stated above and none of it works. Restore point prior to error have been removed by this error. I tried recovery with saving personal
files and it will come back with error. There is no system that can be accessed that have administrator rights including command prompt. Why is this so difficult to diagnose?

The issue might be occurring due to any system file corruption or any third party software conflict.

Please provide us the below information.

-1. Are you using Local account or Microsoft account?

-2. Do you have another User Profile on your PC?

-3. Which is the current Windows 10 build in your PC?

-4. Did you make any changes to the computer, prior to the issue?

Step1 : Safe mode.

Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs don't run in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed.

Step 2: Clean boot.

A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows.
