Windows 10: file system error (-1073741819)

I get this file system error when I try to update java. What is the best solution?

Is it a third party app or an app from windows store?

File System Error 1073741819 and other critical errors can occur when your Windows operating system becomes corrupted. Opening programs will be slower and response times will lag. When you have multiple applications running, you may experience crashes and
freezes. There can be numerous causes of this error including excessive startup entries, registry errors, hardware/RAM decline, fragmented files, unnecessary or redundant program installations and so on.

Please try this steps:

• Type restore in the search bar
• Click on open system restore
• Click next .
• Select a system restore point and restore your computer to that state it was before the selected event
  
• Select a restore point by checking the date and time and select next followed by finish.

I upgraded from windows 7 64bit to windows 10 and everything runs fine except i can not update/install programs. i keep receving "File system error (-1073741819).

After upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I started to get a
