Windows 10: File System Error -2147219196

Since yesterday, every time I attempt to open a photograph, take a screenshot, or any type of JPG, I get the following error.

File System Error -2147219196



I have searched and tons of people are reporting this same error. I have tried all the "fixes" posted without success. Can someone please help?

When I try to open pictures, I get this error

Also Calculator will not open

 

File System Error (-2147219196) - Can't open photos and calculator.

I can't open any of my photos nor can I open my calculator. The message I receive is "File System Error (-2147219196)"

After recent updates desktop shortcuts do not open programs and apps. Error Code:2147219196 also MS Solitaire Collection and associated shortcut is missing

Hello, can Microsoft please sort this issue out?! Its crazy that they install an update and now so so many of us are unable to open any picture files. I need them for my work!! Does anyone know if they are sorting the problem out as many many have tried to solve without success?

 

Have tried everything to resolve this issue and am desperate for photos I took and uploaded from 2 cameras.
File system error code :2147219196, its a total disgrace so so many people asking for help and no help given to resolve this.
