Windows 10: File System error -2147416359

I recently got this problem and can't open any files using Windows apps such as Photos and Movies, I also can't open the store to try and reinstall them.

I recently tried to use the Windows 10 app Music & TV to watch a video but it didn't work. The answer I get is
file system error (-2147416359). So I tried Windows Media Player with the same negative result. II have since discovered that the music app Groove Music is also defective. I have tried and failed to find solutions online.
I will be grateful for any help.

i have facing File System error (-2147416359) while opening music ,photo windows default application.

help me to fix this issue, some of other apps are't working pop up window comes up and disappears in seconds.
