Windows 10: File system error -805306367

I get, File system error -805306367, when I try to open a video or picture. I also am unable to access the start menu. I click on it on the taskbar and nothing happens. I right click on it and it brings up a list of options, some work and some will not work. I was having issues with onecloud, so I uninstalled it. I was able to access pictures afterwards, but it was doing weird things, so I restarted the computer and that is when I started getting the error code.

When I try to use the start key it does not function properly only right hand key operates. Cortana does not work or Microsoft Edge or Windows Media Player I keep getting System error(-805306367) messages. Can you help; ?

I'm trying to create a new administrator user account and I keep getting this error "File system error (-805306367)"
on Windows 10. Has anyone had to deal with this and found a solution? For some reason I've lost my "Start Button" and after trying several procedures I'm told that this is the next thing I need to try. If this doesn't work I understand I will
need to restore my PC to its original settings. ARG!!
