Windows 10: File: \windows\system\config\system32 Error code: 0xc0000098

Everyday when I get back home at a random time my computer crashes and gives me the error above, I was unable to find a fix online. When I restart my computer it seems to work for at least and hour or 2 but I havnt been on longer than that. Any fixes?

The the 0xc0000098 error can appear due to a corrupted BCD (Boot Configuration Data) file. This can be due to a change in the hardware. There is also a possibility that Windows files or the hard drive was damaged on some cases. In this case, we suggest to boot
from windows 10 installation disc and kindly follow the steps provided by

error 0xc0000098 while installing Windows 10

So I've used MediaCreationTool to create a usb-stick and it went just fine. But after trying to boot using the created flashdrive I only got the Windows 10 logo and a following error:

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The operating system couldnt be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors

File:\windows\system32\config\system

Error code: 0xc0000098

Though previously installed Windows 7, which i run at the moment, boots and works perfectly fine.
