Windows 10: Files and EXE

There is a software on my computer called ErrorHandler.exe and Kernel Broker.exe, my antivirus says that they are malware so I deleted them, however, they keep coming back, sometimes all at once, sometimes only one of them or 2. I emptied my recycle bin to get rid of them but I still cant. I scanned their reputation and almost nobody has Kernel Broker. They are in a folder called "VEGAS". Whenever I delete them, I check my folder again and they come back. I cant delete them, it was just recently added too, I checked how old it was and it was only 15 hours old. I changes .exe (Default) files data value, and now I can't open .exe files. Can anyone tell me the normal data value for .exe?
