Windows 10: Files missing

Hello all,


I was using computer and downloaded some files but they now do not appear in my downloaded or quick access folder.

When I had logged in previously I did notice I was missing some normal icons and when using chrome I didn't seem to have my normal extensions or information possibly the computer didn't prompt me to log in but I'm not sure.

How would my computer have booted through without me logging in and is there any way to find out if the files I downloaded still exist. When I log in now the download folder and quick access don't have anything for the last few days.

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

For us to isolate the issue, we will need to ask you a few questions:

• What task are you trying to do every time that you get the error code “missing file rtl160.bpl?”
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
